Making a Purchase:
There are two ways to purchase from our website.
1. Add the items you require into your shopping cart and then complete check out. You will be taken to Paypal where you can pay electronically using a paypal account
2. Alternatively if you do not use paypal, simply find the items you want to purchase and call us on our sales line 07528228924. We can then process your order this way (sales lines are open Mon-Fri 9-5pm).
Shipping and Handling:
All shipping is Free for mainland UK . International buyers should e-mail us at motorblinguk@googlemail.com for shipping prices. All items are sent by signature post (either by courier on a next day service or by royal mail recorded/ special delivery post). Most items are sent within 24 hours of purchase (unless stated in the item description). Some items will be sent to you directly by the manufacturer/supplier.
Returns:
Our number one aim is to make sure our customers are happy with there purchase and the service received too. This means any problems you may have we will do our best to act quickly for you. You have a 7 days peace of mind period when purchasing from us, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase then goods can be returned (at the cost of the buyer) for a full refund. When returning an item please include your invoice from us as proof of purchase and also a small note as to the reason for returning. Prior notice via e-mail or telephone would be helpful to us. We ask goods are returned in good condition. All refunds will be issued in the same form as payment and refunds can take upto 30 days to process.
Goods deemed to be returned in damaged condition will not be refunded and we suggest goods are returned using a signed for method. If goods are returned back to us in damaged condition then you will need to claim compensation for these goods with the delivery company used.
